CONDITIONS FOR FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping for any purchase of $100 CAD or more*. This offer is valid only in Quebec for orders placed through our website. It excludes taxes.
*An additional shipping fee may apply to certain items depending on their size, weight, storage location, or destination. These fees are independent of the free shipping offer.
PRINTING AND SHIPPING TIMELINES
Our printing timelines, starting from the final approval of your visual, are approximately 10 business days. This is followed by a shipping time of 1 to 5 business days for deliveries within Quebec.
Please note that in unforeseen circumstances, these timelines may be extended. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.
For orders with pickup at the Nomad Design office, please allow a processing time of 1 to 5 business days.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Your orders are shipped via various transport companies and are available throughout Quebec. You can choose the delivery address that suits you best (home, office, friends, or family members).
For international deliveries, please make a quote request.
Nomad Design cannot be held responsible for delays or issues related to the delivery service.
Returns
We do not offer refunds on a personalized product, since it was custom made for you. For more information on this subject, please refer to the warranty.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package to let us know of any issues with your order;
- The costs of returning your product are at your expense;
- Please send us your return by mail or in person with your order number reference to: Nomad Design, A./S. Return: “Order Number”, 1850 Michelin Street, Laval, Quebec, H7L 4R3.
