Returns
We do not offer refunds on a personalized product, since it was custom made for you. For more information on this subject, please refer to the warranty.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package to let us know of any issues with your order;
- The costs of returning your product are at your expense;
- Please send us your return by mail or in person with your order number reference to: Nomad Design, A./S. Return: “Order Number”, 1850 Michelin Street, Laval, Quebec, H7L 4R3.
