Where can I find an image?

Can I use my own photo/image?

Yes, go to the Use my Own Image page.

Can I preview my mural before ordering?

Yes, following receipt of your online order, an approval request will be sent to you by email.
No printing will be produced before receipt of your agreement by email.

Can I order a printed sample?

Yes, you can order a sample when purchasing your mural. The cost of the 9″ x 12″ sample is $50, delivery included. When we receive your image, we select a part of your image in real format that we will print on the media you have chosen. You will receive the printed sample with this section of the image in actual size, so you can preview the color and quality of your image. You can also order a sample before purchase by completing this form or during a home consultation

How can I order a custom product?

COLORS

Will the color of the product be similar to what appears on the screen?

The colors perceived on the screen (light colors) differ from the colors of the printed mural (ink colors). They are therefore in no way a reference for the approval of colors.
Do you have doubts about color fidelity for printing?

Request a print sample before purchase.

Where are the wallpapers and cutouts made?

All our products are printed, cut and prepared in our Laval workshop.

TAKING MEASUREMENT

How to properly take measurements?

As there are a multitude of wall shapes and sizes, please refer to our Measurements Guides.

Yes, measurements are taken through consultation with our designer.
The cost of this consultation is $100 for the greater Montreal area*. Our Designer will make an appointment with you. The consultation includes a presentation of the wallpaper samples and the measurement. Afterwards, he will send you a selection of images by email, to help you choose what you like for your project.

We also offer the installation service, for a turnkey project!

How to calculate the amount of wallpaper?

When choosing your image, you will be prompted to enter your measurements into our calculator where the quantity and price of wallpaper to purchase is automatically calculated.

Can I order a printed sample?

PREPARATION

How do I properly prepare my wall before installation?

Le papier peint doit être installé sur un mur propre, sec et lisse. Il est important de bien laver et laisser sécher le mur avant de commencer. S’il y a lieu, réparez les fissures ou les trous avec du bouche-pores au moins 48 heures avant la pose.

Nomad Design offers a variety of papers and vinyls that can be adapted to all kinds of surfaces, both outdoors and outdoors, and even on the floor! Do you have instructions for installing my mural?

Can I install wallpaper in a kitchen or bathroom?

Yes, our NOMAD-PRO Removable Textured Self-Adhesive Wall Mural can be installed in the kitchen or bathroom.
This product is moisture resistant and mildew resistant.

Can I install wallpaper outside?

Yes, there is an exterior wallpaper named NOMAD-MULTI Textured Vinyl that can be installed on surfaces such as brick, concrete, wood, solid fences. It is also resistant and non-slip which allows it to be used on the ground,
it even sticks on carpets and outdoors. Please contact us to order this type of wallpaper.

Does Nomad Design offer installation service?

Yes, we offer the installation service, the price will be calculated during your purchase
and our installer will make an appointment with you by email.

When you use the installation service, you take advantage of our current promotion and you get
a 10% discount on the purchase of your mural.

MAINTENANCE

How should I clean my mural?

Your new mural is very easy to maintain, it can be washed with water and mild soap.

PAIEMENT

What are the payment methods?

You can pay for your wallpaper order through Paypal which offers a secure payment option.
You do not need to have a Paypal account and you can pay by bank transfer or credit card.

DELIVERY

What are the shipping fees?

Delivery is free everywhere in Quebec. Please contact us for delivery outside of Quebec by phone at 450.686.6757 or by filling out the contact form. 
*Restrictions may apply for remote areas.

What are the delivery delays?

Within 5-7 business days, after the final proof, anywhere in Quebec.

RETURNS

I changed my mind, is it possible to return or exchange my order?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized products that have already been printed and approved.
All products with apparent printing or manufacturing defects will be replaced and not refunded.

What should I do if I receive my mural damaged?

Unfortunately, it happens that a package is damaged during transport, which is beyond our control. When you receive your shipment, please check the material as soon as possible, keep the packaging and contact us immediately with your order details. All damaged products will be replaced and not refunded.
