he following information describes in detail the general conditions of purchase of our products and services.
By purchasing any of these goods or services, you agree to these terms.
ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS
You must choose the design and fill in all the requested information. After receiving your order, you will receive a payment confirmation by email as well as a request for approval of the visual. We strive to send a response within 24 hours of receiving inquiries, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note that at this stage, the order is not binding and each party has the right to withdraw from the contract.
PAYMENT
We accept Paypal as the payment method.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel an order products or services, provided the visual has not yet been approved.
Nomad Design reserves the right to cancel any order, due to a technical problem on the website, disagreement with the customer or for any other reason.
REFUND
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized products (custom wallpapers, personalized designs) after approval of the visual to be printed.
All products with apparent printing or manufacturing defects will be replaced and not refunded. See details of our policy.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
The production and delivery of orders and services is one of our main priorities. Our printing times after approval of the visual are about 10 working days and for delivery our times are from 1 to 5 working days. Please note that due to unforeseen events, times can sometimes be longer, but if this happens we will keep you posted.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or errors committed by carriers or postal services. We always ensure that the order is securely sealed in a rigid packaging. Any damage suffered on the packaging during transport must be noted on the delivery note and declared as damaged.
Customs clearance fees and taxes levied at the point of entry into the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
PRINT QUALITY
We cannot accept any responsibility in the event that you need to purchase an additional section of a mural that has already been printed. You must accept the risk of color variation for us to process the order.
The fidelity of the colors perceived on the screen are variable therefore may differ from the printed mural. They are therefore, in no case, a reference for the approval of the colors. You have a doubt on the fidelity of the colors for the impression? Ask for a sample printing before purchase.
